Academic Support

Teachers across our curricula and various departments are trained to provide academic support to students of different age groups, based on their varying needs.

Enrichment classes: Our objective is to provide opportunities and initiatives in response to the articulated needs and interests of the gifted students, while developing their higher order and creative thinking skills and providing diverse learning experiences. Enrichment classes are specially taken for Science and Math.

Remedial Classes: Students with learning difficulties possess the same psychological needs and characteristics as their peers. SJIS recognizes and offers these students opportunities to succeed and regain their confidence and motivation under the supervision and guidance of a trained Special Educator.
